布林仔:

撻皮我係壓下壓下壓出條邊黎的, 覺得唔靚就推番入去再壓過~邊同邊的"卡啦"位就再輕輕壓一壓少少平, 係少少!!!等佢整體水平面就齊d, 皮要比模高出半cm, 咁會易d甩模呀, 唔明就call我!!!我一個撻用皮30g呀, 係出面茶餐廳蛋撻的size呀, 焗了20mins呀!!~~

仲有...個sp cake係我係張sir都學啊, 不過係diy就唔方便講出來
所以你一定要試啊, 以後整蛋糕底就好方便喇~~

你整?豬肉乾好"正"呀,好似澳門買番黎d手信咁,真係好想咬啖呀...^_^

我想問整豬肉乾最好用豬?邊部份? 係咪醃肉醃得越耐越好味? 買現成免治豬肉整會唔會唔好食呢?

豬肉係我媽媽去supermarket買的, pack好一舊舊的, 叫"豬睜"肉呀, 呀媽話豬睜肉喎~~係一舊過的, 之後叫豬肉佬:"攪碎唔該!!!!" 都係10幾蚊, 千萬唔好用瘦肉, 因無肥肉, 點攪都唔會黏的!!!

我加左半粒生garlic碎呀, 大大粒個d獨子呢~~~不過唔係好夠濃garlic味, 我都有諗過用熟garlic, 會香d, 但係, 再焗, 應該會焗"lone"呀, 怕會苦, 所以試唔過......要再諗下有d咩方法先!~~~^O^
